Another set of KPI’s is now available on the website, this time developed by the Housing Market group.
Again, the aim is to track the impact of the reforms done to comply with the MoU. In accordance with the structure of the original document, these KPI’s cover three main topics:
1. Dynamics of the Market (to assess the evolution of housing supply and demand)
2. Requalification (to understand the evolution of requalification/reconstruction of existing buildings)
3. Judicial Efficiency (to evaluate the changes in the judicial processes between tenants and landlords)
